With over 10 years of Personal Training and youth sports experience, Marissa has become a valuable asset to the Suisun City Athletics community. She began as a student-athletic trainer at Solano Community College and since developed a background in sports medicine and physical therapy
Personal Trainer, Certified Master Trainer, specializing in SuperSlow HIT, Calisthenics, TRX, Weight Loss, Injuries, and Pre- & Post-Surgery
She has been personal training for over 6 years and has successfully helped individuals achieve and surpass their goals. Always seeking to further educate herself, Lisa is currently undertaking studies in Holistic Nutrition. Additional certifications in Expert Weight Loss, Health Coaching, Group, Pilates and Kettlebells.
Members have access to a variety of classes ranging from water fitness classes to aerobics and even to modified, deconditioned, slower paced classes. Water Fitness classes include: Aqua Aerobics. Our aerobics classes include: Kickboxing, Yoga, Boot Camp, Zumba®, Spinning, Strength and Tone, Hip-Hop Cardio Class, Race Day Spin, Pound, Christian Cardio, Sculpt & Tone, & Hardcore Elite. For something lighter with less strain, we offer Classic Aerobics, Cardio Fit, Yoga Stretch, Zumba® Gold, and Gentle Stretch and Tone.
We believe in friendly competition here, which also motivates members to meet and often exceed their fitness goals. Time and time we have fitness challenges where members can sign up to take on a challenge, track their workouts, and see how they stack up against other challengers.
