In response to Governor Newsom’s recently released state “reopening guidelines,” The Kroc team is excited to announce that The Kroc Center will reopen Monday, June 22.
All members and employees are encouraged to follow the state guidelines as it relates to individual restrictions and requirements. For example: elderly populations, vulnerable populations, and those feeling sick, should not come to The Kroc Center until they feel well or are confident with their level of engagement based on state guidelines.
We have adjusted our Kroc Center Hours to give extra time for cleaning each evening:

CAMP KROC SUMMER CAMP
We are excited to share that Kroc Summer Camp is scheduled to take place beginning on June 15th. Registration is currently available online. Please be aware that some camp activities will be adjusted or removed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Those details will be shared with parents before the start of camp.
The Kroc Center Leadership Team is committed to opening The Kroc Center safely and responsibly. The state guidelines are just that, a foundation for getting back to normal. We may choose to go slower than the guidelines, to ensure our confidence in your and your family’s safety. We will ask now and throughout our re-opening for your patience, good humor, and support through this process. We are excited to see you back!
1. How will members enter The Kroc Center?
a. Members who are coming in to work out in the fitness center and/or fitness classes must make a reservation online prior to entry.
b. Members needing membership assistance will also enter the front doors and speak with a Welcome Desk associate.
2. Do I have to wear a mask to come to The Kroc Center?
Kroc members are ENCOURAGED to wear a mask coming and going but are not required to do so. Kroc staff will be wearing masks while on site (with exception of on duty lifeguards and group ex instructors).
3. What is the cleaning regimen at The Kroc?
The Center will be disinfected before The Center opens and closes, also at the end of each reservation scheduled. Additionally, sanitizing efforts will be happening throughout the day, in every department and space in The Center. You can help here… please be sure to use the provided cleaning products to wipe down any equipment you use. Kroc staff have also been trained on increased cleaning regiments.
4. Will the group ex schedules be the same as before the closure?
We are adjusting our schedules for our land classes, and new schedules will be posted online in the coming weeks. We will continue to offer virtual classes through the summer.
5. Why aren’t the Cabana’s open and how will I change to get ready for my day?
The men’s and women’s locker room will be available, limited to 4 users at a time. We encourage you to come to The Kroc dressed for your activity to help avoid the need to change at this time. Additionally, for the first two weeks, please do your best to go home and get ready for your day following your workout. Access will be very limited in the locker room area. Lockers are available.
6. Is there a limit to how long I can stay at The Kroc once I arrive?
Each workout reservation is 1hr and 45min. Each member is allowed to schedule 1 reservation per day.
7. Can I bring my friend with me to The Center and purchase a day pass?
Yes, members and day pass users are welcome to utilize The Kroc Center.
