Calling All Future Leaders - Give Your Teen the Summer of a Lifetime at Camp Kroc!

Is your teen looking for leadership opportunities this summer? Camp Kroc Junior Leaders is our brand new program aimed at equipping teens with development skills that are valuable to working with children.

Why Your Teen Should Be a Camp Kroc Junior Leader

Real World Skills & Experience: Imagine your teen gaining practical skills like leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving—all while building friendships and career experience. Camp Kroc is not just a camp; it's a training ground for real-world success.

Volunteer Hours for Success: Your teen will earn valuable volunteer hours, which will not only fulfill high school requirements but also make their college applications shine bright.

Risk Management & Safety: We take safety seriously. Your teen will be trained on risk management and safety, including child abuse awareness and responding promptly and effectively to situations of all kinds.

Expert Training & Coaching: We believe in nurturing potential. Your teen will receive personalized training, coaching sessions, and even mock interviews to boost their confidence and prepare them for whatever life throws their way.

Mastering Behavior Management: Dealing with different personalities is part of real life. Your teen will develop skills like managing behaviors, communication skills, ensuring a positive and inclusive camp environment, and experiencing the behind-the-scenes side of Camp Kroc.

Future Camp Counselor in the Making: If your teen is interested in becoming a camp counselor, Camp Kroc is the place to start. We're here to train the next generation of inspiring leaders.

Affordable Investment: The only cost is a minimal fee of $25 for a week of mandatory Junior Leader training.
